Please read these terms carefully before clicking on the “I Agree” icon. Agreeing to the present terms and conditions implies that they have been read and accepted by you, the customer. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not click on the “I Agree" icon and do not use this service. Clicking on the “Confirm Order” icon implies that your have confirmed your order. All confirmed sales' orders are final.
E-TREND advises customers to carefully read the following terms and conditions. E-TREND reminds its customers that it is not possible to place an order without first having accepted these terms and conditions.

The following terms and conditions aim to define the relationship of E-TREND and its users as established via the Internet, the mutual rights and obligations of the two parties, as well as the different stages of the ordering process.
Order placement is restricted to adults over 18 years old, and people under 18 years old with formal consent from a parent or legal guardian.
All products present on the monshowroom.com website are considered available for sale for the duration of 1 week starting from the first day of online sale. All products are subject to stock availability. E-TREND will rapidly notify its customers in the event of a product being unavailable.
If a product has been ordered and paid for, and remains unavailable for over thirty days (30 days) following the confirmed order date, the customer will be informed by e-mail. E-TREND will then proceed to refund the customer the total paid amount. Please note that all available products of the order will be delivered as agreed. Products available on MonShowroom are described and presented with the highest accuracy. However, E-TREND cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.
All images and texts illustrating our products are non-contractual.
Prices shown on the site are in € EURO, £ GBP, $ USD, Fr CHF, ¥ JPY or ¥ CNY, depending on which reference currency you have chosen to view prices in, and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Important : please note that payment is in euros. The order summary will show prices in euros and the chosen reference currency. MonShowroom cannot be held responsible for any applicable bank charges.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. To ensure that our prices are as accurate as possible we update the applicable currency exhange rate every 24 hours. Therefore, prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes.
E-TREND guarantees all indicated prices for the duration of a product's online presence (as mentioned in Article 2.), but does not accept responsibility for any changes in tax rates (notably V.A.T.), as well as any typographical error or omission. Product availability is subject to stocks. Prices mentioned do not include shipping costs. Monshowroom will notify the customer of any additional costs on order confirmation before payment.
Depending on the delivery destination, V.A.T. will be deducted from the total amount on the customer’s order summary.
E-TREND reserves the right to modify prices without giving prior notice. However, all products will be invoiced according to the prices indicated during order placement. E-TREND remains the sole owner of the product until completion of full payment.
4.1 - Placing an order :
Customers interested in any product available for purchase on monshowroom.com can place their order directly on the website www.monshowroom.com.
Customers paying directly on the monshowroom.com website must observe the following procedure :
- For the customer's first order with monshowroom, the customer must fill in a mandatory online form requesting the following information: title, first name, surname, complete delivery address, e-mail, and telephone number. A delivery preference will also be asked for.
- The customer chooses his/her desired product(s) by clicking on the link "Add to shopping bag".
The customer can at any time :
-To order the selected products the customer must identify him/herself by providing his/her e-mail and creating a password. The customer will be sent an automatic confirmation email. The customer accepts that the provided information (e-mail and password) is proof of identity and is a valid expression of the customer's consent.
-If the customer does not possess an account, he/she must fill in the mandatory form which will appear during order placement. The customer can also fill in the form before placing an order via "My Account", then clicking on the link "Create my account".
Once the customer has been identified, he/she will be required to confirm the given delivery address. An order summary will then appear stating the following: the type, the quantity and the price of the product(s) selected by the customer; as well as the method of payment, the customer's contact information and the given delivery address.
The customer declares to be 18 years of age or more, or to have obtained formal consent from a parent or legal guardian permitting him/her to place an order on the website.
4.2. Order Validation :
Once the customer is satisfied with the order, and has provided the required mandatory information, he/she can then click on "Confirm" to finalise the order. Following confirmation of the method of payment, the customer confirms definitively and unconditionally the order placement; this actions the following payment mechanism:
The customer will be required:
To confirm his/her address, the product(s) and the total sum.
To give his/her bank card number and its expiry date as well as the security code number (the 3 figured number at the back of the bank card).
For all orders outside France, payment is to be made exclusively through Paypal. If the method of payment is Paypal, the payment can be made through a Paypal account or, if the customer does not possess a Paypal account, directly by bank card via the Paypal secure online payment platform.
In any event, whichever method of payment the customer chooses, E-TREND acknowledges the placement of the order as soon as confirmation by e-mail, or by any other desired means has been given to the customer, according to measures outlined under French law in article L121-19 of theFrench Consumer Rights Act.
In the framework of our validation procedure of a customer account, please note that E-TREND can ask a customer to produce a photocopy of his/her identity card or passport, as well as proof of address, e.g. an electricity bill. On waiting receipt of the required documents the order is considered as "in validation". E-TREND asks their customers to provide the documents within 7 days of the initial demand in order to guarantee rapid order processing. Failure to do so will lead to the automatic cancellation of your order.
By validating the order the customer declares to be 18 years old or above, or to have obtained formal consent from a parent or legal guardian to place an order on the MonShowrom website. Customers less than 18 years old, having first obtained formal consent from a parent or legal guardian, are under the obligation to inform the parent or legal guardian of all data communicated during the order process; the latter retains the right to contest the archiving of this data and/or their transmission to a third party.
The customer can also place an order by telephone by contacting customer care at 0033(0)9 70 80 99 73 (from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 / this number is tax free and the price of a local call)
All contractual information is available in French or English. The customer will be asked to confirm acceptance of the contractual conditions at the confirmation stage of the order placement.
The amount owed by the customer is the total sum stated on the order summary sent to the customer by e-mail. Payment by bank card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) is debited immediately from the customers bank account via a secure online payment platform (CYBERMUT). Customers can also opt to make payment through Paypal. Please note : Paypal is the sole method of payment available to customers ordering from outside mainland France
E-TREND reserves the right to refuse any orders and deliveries in the case of a dispute between the two parties concerning the non-payment, full or partial, of a preceding order. The same right of refusal extends to the non-authorisation of payment by bank card by a banking establishment or the non-payment or partial payment. Under no circumstance can E-TREND Ltd be held responsible. If the customer's credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exhange rate on the day your card issuer prcesses the transaction.
In accordance with the clause L.134-2 of the FrenchConsumer Rights Act, for any sum over one hundred and twenty (120) euros, E-TREND will hold records of the proof of sale in paper form or electronically, and this for the legal duration allowed for by the said governing laws. The customer retains the right of access to this document at any time by written demand accompanied by proof of identity.
For all deliveries outside the European Union, any duty charges are to be honoured by the customer.
Article 6. Secure online payment :
To ensure the security of payments, the monshowroom.com website uses the secure online payment platform, CYBERMUT. All confidential information (the 16 figure bank card number, the card's expiry date and the security code) is transmitted directly to the SIPS server without passing through the E-TREND server.
Upon order validation, the payment request is routed in real time to the secure online payment provider CYBERMUT, who then requests authorisation from the bank card company. Following authorisation, an electronic certificate is issued by CYBERMUT.
Customers can also choose to use Paypal as their secure online payment platform. The customer is not required to hold a Paypal account to use this platform. The customer's banking details never pass through the E-TREND server.
Article 7. Gift vouchers :
Monshowroom provides their customers with the possibility to purchase gift vouchers of a pre-designated amount. A gift voucher is delivered in its sleeve to the customer's chosen delivery address by the local postal service. The validity duration is 1 year from the purchase date. The gift voucher must be used in full for one complete order. In the event where the amount is inferior to the total value of the gift voucher, the difference cannot be reclaimed. All shipping costs remain at the gift voucher user's charge (except promotions offering 'free shipping')
Article 8. Delivery :
Each product delivered to the customer's chosen delivery address is accompanied with a delivery receipt.
Monshowroom.com reserves the right to refuse to deliver customer orders to collective addresses, for example, offices, health care establishments, hotels, etc. If a delivery is made to a collective address, the customer accepts that the delivery obligation of monshowroom.com has been honoured on reception of the product at the address stipulated on the delivery-label. This prevision also applies in the event of a delivery not reaching the designated recipient, but by a third party.
All validated commands are shipped the following working day. Please note that all orders validated on a Friday are shipped the following Monday, or Tuesday (depending on the carrier). The indicated delivery times are indicative of the one working day after order confirmation by the customer; these delays correspond to an order's necessary processing time from receipt of the order form, handling to dispatch. These delays cannot be contested under any circumstance, excluding the event of a delivery's late arrival, whereby an email of notification will be sent to the customer.
In spite of the considered care E-TREND accords to the preparation of an order it may arise that an ordered product has been mistakenly omitted from the parcel. It is also possible that a product of a compromised quality has been shipped.
Accepting the above, it is important that the customer verifies the contents of the parcel on receipt. Any anomaly detected by the customer (a missing or faulty product) should be made known to E-TREND by recorded delivery to the company head office within 3 days of receiving the parcel
If the conditions outlined above have been fulfilled, E-TREND will proceed to a product exchange, a voucher to the products value, a refund of the damaged product(s), or the shipment of the missing product (withholding the legitimacy of the buyer's claim)
Any claim made known to E-TREND beyond this delay will be rejected and E-TREND cannot be held liable. E-TREND reserves the right to request that the customer return the damaged product.
Products available for sale on the website monshowroom.com can be purchased in all European Union countries. E-TREND reserves the right to modify the country distribution list at any moment.

Article 9. Loyalty Programme
Customers having placed a minimum of one order are automatically registered, free of charge, with the monshowroom.com loyalty programme.
The principle of the accumulation of loyalty points:
- 1 euro spent earns the customer 1 loyalty point
- 1 loyaly point equals 0.10€. The kitty can then be transformed into gift vouchers.
- Loyalty points are issued 20 days after the order date, unless the customer has made a refund request. In the case where a refund request has been made, the loyalty points will be issued when MonShowroom receives the returned parcel. The amount of points attributed will correspond to the value of the items that have not been returned.
- Refunded items do not earn loyalty points
- If the customer has a promotional code towards the purchase of your order, the loyalty points corresponding to amount of the promotional code will be deducted from the total number of points earned.
- If the customer has used a credit note towards the purchase of an order, the calculation of loyalty points earned will not take into account the amount of the credit note.
- The earned loyalty points have a 6 month validity period from their issue date.
Consulting loyalty points
The customer can consult his/her loyalty points and their expiry date at any time by entering "My Account" area, and clicking on "Loyalty offers".
Any customer having earned at least 1 loyalty point can transform his/her kittyinto a loyalty gift voucher at the "Payment" stage by clicking on "USE" on the "loyalty points" line.
-The loyalty gift vouchers can be used as soon as the customer's shopping bag contains 50€ worth of items.
-The gift vouchers are not cumulative with promotional codes; they can not be used to purchase Sale items, VIP Sale items, or Flash Sale items.
-In the case where a customer does not use the total value of his/her kitty for an order, the remainder is conserved for use within the following 6 months. The loyalty points having the most limited validity period are transormed on priority.
Every customer can become a sponsor of one or more friends. Through the friend referral programme, both sponsor and referred friend receive a promotional code.
A sponsor is a person who has created an account on the MonShowroom.com website:
- who has forwarded the addresses of a friend and potential new customer, through a dedicated internet page, accessible once the customer has been authenticated.
- who has a least one referred friend who has become a customer
Article 11. Availability :
The products proposed by E-TREND are for sale during the duration of their online presence as defined in Article 2., and subject to stock availability. Product availability is indicated during order confirmation. In the event of product unavailability following order placement, E-TREND will, to this effect, inform the customer by e-mail as soon as the information is known and within the shortest delay. The customer's order will be automatically deleted and the refund procedure will begin immediately in the event where the customer's bank account has been debited. The refund will be paid directly into the customer's bank account within 30 days of the customer's initial payment.
Article 12. Right of Return (Cooling-off period)
In accordance with French law, the customer benefits from the right of return, also known as the ‘cooling-off period’, for a duration of 7 days from the delivery date, or the date of collection, for each product purchased from the website. Relative to articles L 121-16, and in accordance with the French consumer rights laws, the customer can return the product to E-TREND without justification. This 7 day period begins from the goods' receipt date This right is exercised by returning the product: please note that the shipping costs are at the customer's charge. If the customer exercises his/her right of return within the 7 day cooling-off period, E-TREND is under the obligation to refund the customer according to the means of payment, the total initial sum paid for the product within a maximum delay of 30 days, unless the customer requests acredit note (see Article 12. Guarantee for further details on refunds and credits)
Customers can exercise their consumer rights relative to the cooling-off period from the date on which the order was placed and before delivery.
Article 13. Guarantee :
All sold products are guaranteed by the monshowroom.com "satisfied or your money back" guarantee for a period of 10 days from the delivery of the product, or the date of collection. This guarantee excludes products purchased at sale price, or through a special limited offer or sale (VIP sale, Flash sale, Private sale...) or benefiting from a promotional code. Products purchased under the afore mentioned circumstances can only be returned according to the 7 day right of return legislation as explained in Article 11. All requests for a credit note and refund should pass via the 'Returns' section, found in "My Account". In the event where the customer does not respect this procedure, the returns processing delay can be substantially prolonged. A credit note or refund is possible only if the customer respects the right of return period of 7 days.
Products purchased in sale conditions or through limited sales and offers (clearance sales, private sales, VIP sales, Flash sales or "My weekend look" offer) or benefiting from a promotional code offer, can obtain a credit note, or a refund, if requested by written demand during the 7 day cooling-off period, to E-TREND, 16 avenue Lavoisier, 13470, Carnoux-en-Provence, FRANCE. The customer is asked to follow this procedure owing to the administrative office dedicated to returns, and the logistical warehouse, being situated at two separate postal addresses.
Only the products returned in perfect condition and their original packaging, thus allowing for resale (shoe box, plastic sleeves...), will be accepted. If these conditions are not met, the return of washed and/or worn clothes, and damaged boxes, will be refused.
All guarantees apply withholding that no damage was caused to the product by the customer through negligence, degradation or inappropriate use of the product.
A credit note is issued to a customer’s monshowroom.com account and valid for the duration of 12 months from the date of issue.
The refunded credit amount is available for viewing in the customer's account. The credit note will be automatically used as a method of payment for the next order. If the sum of the next order is less than that of the credit note's value, the difference will be balanced back to the customer’s monshowroom.com account following the order.
All new purchases made in part with a credit note are only cash refundable to the amount of the order paid by debit or credit card, or by Paypal. The remittance of the remaining sum of the credit note is transferred to the customer's monshowroom account for following orders. Please note that the remitted sum is valid only for the remaining validity period of the original credit note.
E-TREND will refund within a maximum delay of 30 days from receipt of the returned parcel.
The customer is responsible for conserving all proof of return. It is preferable that all products are returned by recorded delivery or any other postal option giving the exact date of shipping.
Delivery to mainland France using free pre-paid return postage:
The customer can benefit from free pre-paid return postage by opting for a credit covering all the products that he/she wishes to return. This can be chosen at the moment of the return request. The customer is eligible for free pre-paid return postage if the return-slip, provided by E-TREND, is used. The customer, in opting for a refund of at least one product of the returned parcel, and having used the provided return-slip, is refunded the total amount of the product less 5€ in contribution to return-shipping costs.
For all other modes of postage, or for all other destinations:
The return shipping costs are at the customer's charge.
Damaged products or order errors:
In the event whereby E-TREND is at fault following verification of the returned goods (mistake in the order's preparation or product judged defective), E-TREND assumes the return-shipping costs incurred by the customer. Providing a return delivery-slip is used (mainland France only, via La Poste or a Kiala agent), the customer is not required to pay an advance. For all other modes of delivery, the customer must pass the invoice to the carrier. The return shipping costs will be refunded by E-TREND following the receipt of the carrier's invoice, and no more than the initial shipping costs paid for by the customer of the initial order.
Article 14. Intellectual Property :
All the website's components: visual or audio, and the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, brand and patent laws.
They are the exclusive property of E-TREND. Any user owning his/her own Internet site, and wishing, for personal use, to include a hyperlink to the monshowroom.com homepage, on his/her site, is under the legal obligation to ask authorisation from E-TREND.
However, hyperlinks leading to the monshowroom.com website using the framing technique or the in-line linking are strictly and formally forbidden.
In any event, any link, even having been tacitly authorised, must be taken down at E-TREND's request.
Hyperlinks can route to sites other than the monshowroom.com site. E-TREND declines all responsibility in the event whereby that site's content contravenes current governing rules and laws.
Article 15. Liability :
For all site access, from the order process to shipping or related services, E-TREND is held liable only to best efforts undertaking. E-TREND liability is not extended to all inconveniences or prejudice inherent to Internet usage; most notably a breakdown in services, an intrusion originating exterior to the site, or the presence of a computer virus, or any prejudice resulting from a force majeure, in accordance with French law and legal precedent.
Article 16. Data Protection :

15.2 Cookies :
The website www.monshowroom.com has been specifically designed to respond to the needs of our customers. It is one of the principle reasons that cookies are used. A cookie's role is to detect an internet user’s visit to our website. This being understood, cookies are used by monshowroom.com with a view to improving our personalised customer service delivered to site users
E-TREND may transfer non-personal data to authorised third parties, by using a third party's cookies. Third parties authorised by E-trend are under the obligation to use this data in accordance with the Data Protection legislation set out under the French consumer rights act of the 6th of January 1978, modified by law the 6th of August 2004 and establish a Right to Privacy Charter.

Article 17. Signature and Proof of Identity:
For all payment by debit or credit card on the monshowroom.com website, the electronic certificate issued by the secure online payment provider is recognised as proof of the sum total and the transaction date, in accordance with article 1316 of the French Civil Code and the electronic archives system put in place by E-TREND.
In this respect, the dates and hours recorded by the server are the accepted data by the two parties.
Please note that whether the payment is made by debit or credit card directly on the site, by telephone or by sent cheque, the validation of the order is the accepted expression of signature of all transactions effected on the website.
However, the fixed payment date of the owed amount is relative to the prevision set out in article 4.2 and accords with the method of payment.
Article 18. Offers and Promotional Codes :
Promotional codes or "Sponsorship" offers made by monshowroom.com do not extend to shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. It is to be understood that promotional codes and "Sponsorship" offers can only be used outside promotions and special offers (unless otherwise stated). The promotional codes are not accumulative with other promotional codes or offers (unless otherwise stated).
Offers and promotional codes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value. In the event of a product return, promotional codes or "Sponsorship" offers cannot be reused for a new purchase.
Arefund or credit following a return covers the paid sums only and does not include the difference between the initial sale price and the reduced price offered by promotional codes or "Sponsorship" offers. Batch orders benefit from a proportional discount, which is calculated from the original accumulated amount. If the return of one or several products has effectively reduced the total sum of the original batch order, therefore reducing the proportional discount applicable to that group purchase, and whereby the customer has not settled the difference on receipt of the rectified invoice; then the sum refunded by E-TREND will take in account the recalculated proportional discount (being less than the initial discount) applicable to the accumulated sum of the kept products. The difference will be charged proportionally during the refund of the returned products.
Article 19. Customs Duty :
Orders made on the website and delivered outside of mainland France may potentially be subject to various applicable taxes and duty tax on arriving in the country of destination.
Customs duty and other various applicable taxes linked to a delivery of product are at the customer's charge and, therefore, are the customer's liability. E-TREND is not liable to check and inform its customers of duty tax and other applicable taxes. E-TREND advises its customers to contact the relevant authorities of their respective countries to obtain the information on duty and other applicable taxes. In the event where the receiver refuses to pay custom duty or taxes, the costs incurred by Etrend for the recuperation of the parcel will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Article 20. Partial Invalidity :
In the event whereby any provision of the present contract becomes null and void by a modification or a change in legislation, regulation or by court decision; under no circumstance will the validity and compliance of the present terms and conditions.
Article 21. Entire Agreement :
The present terms and conditions and the order summary transmitted to the customer form the entire contractual agreement and constitute the entirety of the contractual relationship between the two parties.
Article 22. Modification of the Terms and Conditions :
E-TREND reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions. Any modifications will be made known to the customer on the first page of the ‘My Account’ area. Customer's not wishing the present contractual relationship to be overruled by the new terms and conditions must make it know to E-TREND, and from the effective introduction date, those customers must not use the services provided by E-TREND. In the event whereby any one of the provisions of the terms and conditions is considered illegal or non-invocable by a court decision, all the other previsions remain in force.
Article 23. Force Majeure :
The effective operational running, by E-TREND, of all or a part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of any unforeseeable circumstances or a force majeure obstructing or slowing down operations.
Also included are all diverse events recognised as such by French jurisprudence.
In an event arising from unforeseeable circumstances, E-TREND will inform its customers within a delay of 7 days by e-mail.
Article 24. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction :
The present contract is governed by French Law. The language of the present contract is in English. In the event of litigation with a professional body, the case will fall within the jurisdiction of the relevant Marseille Tribunal. In the event of litigation with a customer, the case will fall within the jurisdiction of the relevant French Tribunals.
Article 25. Specific Conditions - Online sale of Gift-Vouchers:
The following provisions establish the terms and conditions specific to the usage of gift-vouchers. Clicking on the "I agree to the terms and conditions" implies that the customer accepts the terms and conditions appearing on the monshowroom.com website. Clicking on "Confirm debit or credit order" implies that the customer has definitively confirmed his/her order.
A gift-voucher is a purchase voucher valid for use only on the monshowroom.com website. It is valid for the duration of 12 months from the purchase date. Under no circumstances can E-TREND refund, full or partially, replace, even in the event of loss, theft or having reached the conclusion of the validity period, a gift-voucher. Gift-vouchers cannot be exchange for their monetary value in cash. They can be used as payment for products, parcel wrapping, not including shipping costs, during a purchase on monshowroom.com; this excludes any purchase made the day of purchase of the gift-voucher.
The gift-voucher must be used in full in one complete order.
In the event whereby the amount is superior to the total value of the gift-voucher the difference will be paid by the customer by debit or credit card or Paypal. In the event whereby the amount is inferior to the total value of the gift-voucher, the difference cannot be reclaimed. Ordering Gift-vouchers :
All gift-voucher order placement must be made via the monshowroom.com website. Order validation is performed online. The orders made online are definitive. They are not eligible for refund or cancelled unless the customer exercises his consumer rights as provided for in the cooling-off period as stipulated in article L121-20 of the French Consumer Rights Acts of the 6th of January 1978 wherein it is legislated that the customer benefits from a full 7 days from the order validation date to exercise his/her right of return. If the expiry date is a Saturday, Sunday, a bank -holiday or a public holiday, the delay is extended to the first following working day. This right is exercised by the cancellation of the gift-voucher. Validated orders are processed, following validation of payment, the next day.
Methods of payment, transfer, transport and utilisation:
The sum owed by the customer is the amount stipulated on the order confirmation transmitted by e-mail by E-TREND to the customer. Excepting server unavailability, immediate payment will be made over the Internet by debit or credit Card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or by Paypal. The purchase of a gift-voucher cannot be made with a gift-voucher. In accordance with article L.134-2 of the French Consumer Rights Act, E-TREND of the 6th of January 1978, all sums superior to one hundred and twenty euros (120€) will be archived electronically or on paper, by written proof of sale for the applicable legal duration. In any event, order validation, whether or not direct payment by debit or credit card has been made on the monshowroom.com website is accepted by customer as being his/her signature and the expressed agreement of all the operations performed by the customer on the website.
