In case of a batch of several articles in a single order, shipping for an item are those mentioned above, the delivery of other additional items of the order is free.
All orders are shipped from the partner's warehouse within 24 hours following your order. Delivery time depends on each carrier.

You wil receive a confirmation by mail after the shipping. It should be noted that monshowroom.com cannot be liable for late delivery, see our Terms of Sale (Article 7. Shipping).
No matter what your carrier is, you will be able to track your delivery within 24 hours after your package has been dispatched :
1. You receive a confirmation email just after your payment confirmation
2. Once your package is supported by our logistics provider, you are alerted by email and in your personal account.
3. An email titled " Shipping of your order " is sent to you once your package has left our partner's warehouse, within 24 hours after your payment is processed. A particular package tracking number is given in relation with your selected carrier.
4. You may within 24 hours, follow the steps of your order on the website of your carrier (with your personal tracking number) or in the section « « My account » / « My orders ».
MonShowroom.com guarantees you a 100% refund if you received a faulty item.
Beyond 100 euros purchase, MonShowroom.com advise you to opt for a shipment with insurance.
We ask to not receive a damaged package (package with visible traces of opening and / or damage) : it is imperative to reject. Indeed, the package left the partner's warehouse site monshowroom.com are always impeccable, and be delivered to you in this state. If a damaged package was left in your mailbox or your guardian has approved, the parcel is considered "accepted as is." If no reservation has been issued, we will not be able to take into account the eventual disappearance, or to make compensation.
We use «Colissimo» for all European shipments.
Colissimo is the most economic delivery service in France for international shipments. Deliveries require a signature. If you are out during
the delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox, and you will be able to pick up your order at your nearest post office.
You can track your order on the French postal services website www.coliposte.com, filling in the gap
with your tracking number. The different statuses that you might find on this website are the following:
Since May 1st 2007, if you live outside the European Union, V.A.T. will be automatically deducted from your total
amount while processing to checkout.
French VAT will be withdrawn on the final billing page.
Please note that additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
Please DO NOT accept a damaged parcel. If you find any injury on the package (broken, opened, etc) please refuse it. If you do not and if an item is missing or damaged, you won´t be able to ask for compensation from the postal services. Thus, any compensation or exchange request will be refused.
