Simply go into the “Create a new account” section and fill in the form. You will need to set up an account before placing
any order on MonShowroom.com.
- I forgot my password
We can send it back to you, to the email address you registered with. Just fill in your email address on the login page, and press “Submit”.
- How can I change my personal settings ?
Go into the “My Account” section and click on “Change my personal settings”.
- How do I subscribe to the Newsletter ?
Fill in your address in the “Newsletter” section if you want to receive our special offers as well as the latest trends
from your favourite French designers !
- How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter ?
Simply click on the link “Unsubscribe” that you will find in every newsletter, or click on “Unsubscribe” in the “Newsletter” section.
- What about special offers ?
You have the possibility to invite your friends to join us on MonShowroom. Simply send them an email from your account section. At the first order of your friends, you will receive a 15€ discount. This discount is stackable.
Your friends will receive a 10€ discount for first order.

- I have a coupon, a discount code or a credit note. How can I use it ?
Promotional offers are non-stackable. When placing your order the amount of your credit note will appear and you will be able to use it.
If you have a coupon or a discount code, please type it in the blank field while processing to your checkout.
- What means of payment do you accept ?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as Paypal transfers.
Because many frauds, for orders outside France, only the payment through Paypal is available.
(For a payment through Paypal, it is not necessary to have an account. Payment may be made directly by credit card.)
- What currency do you use ?
We only accept payments made in Euros (€).
- Is it safe to order online ?
MonShowroom have chosen the CIC bank and its e-payment solution CIC.
Ordering through our website is the safest and more secure method, since CIC is one of the French leaders in the electronic payment field.
- Are your prices V.A.T. included ?
Yes, all prices are V.A.T. included. If you live outside the European Union, V.A.T. will be automatically deducted from your total
amount while processing to checkout.
- When will you ship my order ?
Orders placed before 11 A.M are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 A.M. will be shipped the next business day.
- Which means of transport do you offer ?
All items are sent via Colissimo or GLS (24 to 48h).

- Can I track my order ?
Only the orders shipped to European destinations are traceable.

- What if I don’t receive my product ?
Postal services may be late sometimes. Although, if you haven’t received your order within two weeks, please send us an email.
- Do I have to choose an insured parcel ?
If the amount of your order exceeds 300€, we highly advise you to choose an insured parcel. In the case your order was lost
by the postal services, a non-insured parcel won’t be refundable.
- I need to return an item
We hope you will enjoy your French designers’ clothes. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can send them back in their original conditions within 7 days of receipt. Every item can be refunded or credited. Some products are non-refundable, especially during sales period. Please check it before returning any item.
Please follow the procedure as described in the “What is your return policy” section.

If you do not receive emails Monshowroom,
make sure they are not treated as spam mail by your antivirus software or your ISP.

The dressing is stored only on the computer on which the dressing was made if you are not logged.
For the dressing is saved, check that your browser accepts cookies following the paragraph just above.
If you're logged into your account when you add items to your dressing, your selection will be saved in all cases
and from any computer with any configuration.
