The following provisions set up the general terms of sale concerning the products sold by E-TREND on the website : www.monshowroom.com. Please read these terms carefully before clicking on the “I Agree” button. Agreeing to these terms means you accept these conditions. If you do not want to agree to these terms, please do not click “I Agree” and do not use this service. Clicking on “Confirm Order” button means you definitely confirm your order. All sales are final.
E-TREND is a private limited company based at the following address : 16, avenue Lavoisier - 13470 Carnoux-en-Provence. We are registered under the French Trade Register (Company Number: 488972993, Capital: 18000€)

Article 1. Subject

The following terms of use aim at defining mutual rights and commitments of the website and its users as well as the different steps of the order process.

Article 2. Products

All items viewable on our website can be ordered, while stocks last. In case of unavailability, E-TREND is bound to inform quickly its Customers. If the garment has been ordered and payed but remains unavailable 30 days after the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail. E-TREND will proceed to the refund of this item’s amount, while the rest of the order remains firm. Items available on MonShowroom are described and presented with the highest accuracy. However, in case errors or omissions occur, E-TREND’s liability will be excluded.
Pictures and texts illustrating our products are not contractual.

Article 3. Prices

Prices are set up in euros (€).Prices include the VAT in force as well as potential promotional events applicable the day of the order. Prices indicated are guaranteed while stocks last, except for any change concerning the taxes (especially V.A.T.), as well as any typographical error or omission.
Prices mentioned do not include p&p charges. These costs will appear later during the validation of your order. Depending on your location, V.A.T. will be deducted from the total amount on your order recap.
Prices may vary according to E-TREND’s will. However, items will be invoiced functions of the prices prevailing during the booking of the order, while stocks last. E-TREND is the owner of any product until its payment.

Article 4. Placing an order

Customers interested in any item presented on MonShowroom.com place their order directly from the website www.monshowroom.com

Article 5. Order process

Placing order on MonShowroom is easy; still you first have to register on our website. To do so, simply click on the link “My Account” , then on the “New Customer” button. Fill in the form, indicating your name, address, phone number, etc… and press “Submit”. Now you are registered as a MSR customer!

• When you see an item you like, choose the colour and the size, then press the “Add to Shopping Bag” button.
• A recap will appear. To continue shopping, press the “Continue Shopping” button. If you have finished your shopping, click on the “Checkout” button.
• Clicking on “Check Out”, you will have to choose your shipping method, which amount will be added to your existing selection. Depending on your location, VAT will automatically be deducted from your total amount.
• You will automatically be redirected on our secure bank website, where you will be able to end up your transaction in the most simple, safe and secure way.
• Entering your credit card information and ending up the transaction means you agree to all the terms previously mentioned.

Article 6. Payment on our website

We use SSL technology to allow the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other details such as your credit card number. Ordering through our secure website is a safe and secure method, since your information will be encrypted by one of the French electronic payment leaders CIC.

Article 7. Shipment

Products are shipped along with their invoice and custom documents to the address mentioned during the checkout process. Terms of delivery are indicative. Orders placed before 11 A.M are dispatched the same day. Other orders will be sent the next business day. Please check our delivery deadlines.
The cost of shipping is automatically calculated on the billing page once the delivery location is confirmed. Please note that you will have to sign a receipt during the delivery.

We prepare orders with a great care. However, in a very few and regrettable cases, an item might be missing, or faulty. As soon as you receive your order you must check carefully its content. Any anomaly must be reported by email on the delivery day, or the next business day.
If the conditions below are fulfilled, E-TREND will proceed to either a refund or a credit note, depending on the case.
Products can be shipped to the countries listed.

Article 8. Availability

All products viewable on our website are available as long as stocks last. Indications about items’ availability are given while processing your order. In the case the product is unavailable after you received your order confirmation, E-TREND will promptly send you an email. Your order will be cancelled and your banking account refunded within 30 days after your order.

Article 9. Return policy

We hope you’ll love your French designer clothes!
However if you have any problem with one or more items, you can return them according to the French Law L121. You have a 7 days deadline after your delivery to contact us for any enquiry.
In this case, please send back your items. Customers are responsible for any return shipping cost. Please use any traceable method, and don’t forget to insure your parcel if the amount exceeds 200€.
Only the items returned in their original packaging (blisters, shoeboxes…) will be accepted. Thus, any return of worn or washed clothe, as well as damaged packaging, will be refused. If the returned goods are faulty, or if we made a mistake in the references, we will refund you the return shipping costs. Please add a shipping note to your order or send it by e-mail to your Customer Dept.
Items on sales, discounts or private sales can only be subject to a credit note.

Article 10. Guarantees

All the items are refundable or creditable on your account, except where mentioned. According to the terms of sale, only the items returned in their original condition (shoeboxes, blisters…) will be accepted. Thus, we will refuse any worn or washed clothe, as well as damaged parcels.

• Credit Notes: Credit notes are available for 6 months on the website. You can check their amount into your customer section. In case the order’s amount is inferior to your credit, the balance will be left in your customer account.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 7 days to the Customer Dept. Please allow 30 days from receipt of a return to process a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in case of a delivery error from our side. Please note that during the sales period, refunds are not available. Instead we will proceed to credits.

We recommend that you send the parcel using a traceable method or a delivery service including insurance for the value of the goods. The cost of returning back an item is your responsibility. If we made a mistake in your order (i.e. reference or size error), we will refund the amount of the delivery costs. Please join a postal note to your parcel.
All the items are liable to a contract guarantee that doesn’t interfere with the legal guarantee stated in the articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

Article 11. Intellectual properties

All the content you see and hear on MonShowroom’s website, including used technologies, are subject to trademark, service mark, copyright and intellectual property rights. They are E-TREND’s exclusive property.
In the case you own a personal website, you must obtain written permission from E-TREND before creating any simple link leading to our homepage.

However, any Hypertext link leading to MonShowroom.com and using Framing or In Line methods is strictly forbidden. Otherwise, E-TREND may ask you to delete any link leading to its website.
Hypertext links can redirect you to other websites. E-TREND is not liable in the event the content of these websites would infringe to established laws and settlements.

Article 12. Liability

During every step of your order placement, delivery or supplementary service, E-TREND is only liable for a best effort undertaking. E-TREND cannot be held responsible for any disadvantage or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, and especially any service severance/breaking, viruses or any case of absolute necessity, according to the French Law.

According to the French « 6 Janvier 1978 » law, customers can consult or modify information held by E-TREND. This computerization has been registered toward the French CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) under the registration number 1176226.

13-2. Cookies

While connecting to your customer account, a cookie will be created. However, this cookie will automatically be deleted during your disconnection.

13-3. HTML Tags

Some web pages may sometimes contain electronic pictures also called “HTML Tags”, which allow us to get statistics about the daily number of visits on our website.
These information will never be sold to third parties. However, these tags may be shared with some of our partners, in order to help increasing the efficiency of some adverts. Nevertheless, this information is strictly anonymous and simply allows us to create statistics about the frequentation of our web pages.
Consequently, we only use this method in order to best fit our customers’ expectations.

Article 14. Signature and Proof

Electronic certificate delivered by our electronic payment partner will be a proof of the amount and date of the order. This is ruled by the French Civil Code, articles 1316 and following, as well as electronic files set up by E-TREND. Thus, date and hour of the service will rule between the parties.
Under those circumstances, placing your order means you agree to the operations made on our website. However, repayability of the owing quantity is ruled by the Art. 4.2.

Article 15. Offers and promotional codes :

The promotional codes or « Sponsorship offers » created by MonShowroom can't be used on shipping fees, unless the coupon is specifically made for it. The promotional codes are not cumulative and can only be used on non promotionnal offers (unless specified offers).

Article 16. Import Charges

Custom documents are enclosed in every international parcel in order to enable custom clearance. However, additional charges may be added, in the case customs would open your parcel.
These charges must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount so please contact your customs office if your want further information.

Article 17. Partial invalidity

Any change of/in these terms (would it be a change in the legislation or by a court decision) won’t have any consequence on the validity of these terms of use.

Article 18. Entirness of the contract

These terms of use, as well as your order confirmation, set up a whole contract between you and E-TREND.

Article 19. Change of these terms

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time by E-TREND. Any change will be noticed in this section. Any disagreement with these terms will have to be reported; then please do not use this site anymore.

Article 20. Absolute necessity

Obligations held by E-TREND will be suspended in the case an absolute necessity would occur. These cases are listed by the French law. Under those circumstances, customers will be notified via email within a 7 days deadline.

Article 21. Applicable laws an responsibility

These terms are subject to the French law. They have been translated into English.
In the case of litigation with a professional, the case will fall within the jurisdiction of Marseille’s Court.
In the case of litigation with a customer, the case will fall within the jurisdiction of the French Courts.
