Returns and cancellation policy :

According to the french consumption code, art. 121-16 “For any e-transaction, consumers have a 7 business days deadline from the delivery date to return their products for a refund or an exchange”.
In the case this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or any bank holidays, this deadline is extended to the first following business day.
Customers are responsible for any return, which means they will have to use a traceable and insured method. They will also have to keep any sending proof. In the case the goods are faulty, or if we made a mistake in the references we sent to you, we will refund you the shipping costs (please join a postal note to your parcel).
