QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT :
- How do I create a customer account ?
Simply go into the “Create a new account” section and fill in the form. You will need to set up an account before placing any order on MonShowroom.com.
- I forgot my password
We can send it back to you, to the email address you registered with. Just fill in your email address on the login page, and press “Submit”.
- How can I change my personal settings ?
Go into the “My Account” section and click on “Change my personal settings”.
- How do I subscribe to the Newsletter ?
Fill in your address in the “Newsletter” section if you want to receive our special offers as well as the latest trends from your favourite French designers !
- How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter ?
Simply click on the link “Unsubscribe” that you will find in every newsletter, or click on “Unsubscribe” in the “Newsletter” section.
SPECIAL OFFERS :
- What about special offers ?
You have the possibility to invite your friends to join us on MonShowroom. Simply send them an email from your account section. Every time one of your friends place an order, you will receive a 15€ discount. This discount is stackable.
We also offer reduction codes and coupons to our customers all over the year. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive all of our special offers concerning the most trendy French designers !

- What kind of items are sold on MonShowroom ?
On MonShowroom, you will find the latest trends from the most “en vogue” French fashion designers. All items are from the current collections, so that following our suggestions and dress codes; you cannot make any style mistake !
- Do you propose sales periods or promotions ?
According to the legislation, sales period take place during the end of winter and summer.
Numerous advantages are proposed to our customers all over the year. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be informed about our special offers !
- This fabulous item I was looking for is currently out of stock. Will you receive some more ?

MY ORDER :
- How do I find an item ?
Click on the “Shop” section and then choose a brand or a category.
- How do I place an order ?
- 1. Click on the item you like
- 2. Choose your size and colour
- 3. Click on the “Add to shopping bag” button
- 4. Once you are in your shopping bag, choose either “Keep on Shopping” or “Checkout”
- 5. When your shopping is over, choose “Checkout”
- 6. The login page appears; if you already are a member please enter your email and password. If you are a new customer, please select “Create a new customer Account”.
- 7. Choose your delivery address and your means of transport
- 8. A recap will appear, please check the delivery address, items, quantity and amount.
- 9. Choose your means of payment and confirm your order
- 10. As soon as you confirm your payment, we will send you an order confirmation by email.

- I have a coupon, a discount code or a credit note. How can I use it ?
Promotional offers are non-stackable. When placing your order the amount of your credit note will appear and you will be able to use it. If you have a coupon or a discount code, please type it in the blank field while processing to your checkout.
PAYMENT :
- What means of payment do you accept ?
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards, as well as Paypal transfers.
- What currency do you use ?
We only accept payments made in Euros (€).
- Is it safe to order online ?
MonShowroom have chosen the CIC bank and its e-payment solution CIC. Ordering through our website is the safest and more secure method, since CIC is one of the French leaders in the electronic payment field.
- Are your prices V.A.T. included ?
Yes, all prices are V.A.T. included. If you live outside the European Union, V.A.T. will be automatically deducted from your total amount while processing to checkout.
DELIVERY :
- When will you ship my order ?
Orders placed before 11 A.M are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 A.M. will be shipped the next business day.
- Which means of transport do you offer ?
All items are sent via Colissimo, a product from the French Postal Services.

- Can I track my order ?
Only the orders shipped to European destinations are traceable. Unfortunately the French Postal Services website is only available in French. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
- What if I don’t receive my product ?
Postal services may be late sometimes. Although, if you haven’t received your order within two weeks, please send us an email.
- Do I have to choose an insured parcel ?
If the amount of your order exceeds 200€, we highly advise you to choose an insured parcel. In the case your order was lost by the postal services, a non-insured parcel won’t be refundable.
RETURNS :
- I need to return an item
We hope you will enjoy your French designers’ clothes. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can send them back in their original conditions within 7 days of receipt. Every item can be refunded or credited. Some products are non-refundable, especially during sales period. Please check it before returning any item.
Please follow the procedure as described in the “What is your return policy” section.
- What is your return policy ?
- 1. Log in your customer account with your email address and password
- 2. Go into the “Return Request” section
- 3. Please follow the steps as described in the Returns Request section
- 4. Once you have submitted your request, an email will be automatically sent to you. Please note the return number on the Return Form that you will have previously downloaded on that same page.
- 5. Send us back your parcel to the following address:

- 6. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email with the refunded or credited amount
- Will I receive a credit note or a refund ?
Please choose whether you prefer a credit note or a refund for your return. Please note that during sales period, refunds are unavailable. You will automatically receive a credit note available during 6 months on the website.
- Credit notes
Credit notes are useable within a 6 months period on the website. You can check their amount in your customer account. When placing an order, your credit note will automatically appear in the recap section so that you can use it. If the amount of your order is superior to your credit note, the difference will be deducted and will still be available for upcoming orders.
- Refunds
We will only accept refund requests made within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive your parcel, please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed.
Please note that only the items returned in their original packaging (blisters, shoeboxes…) will be accepted. Thus, any return of worn or washed clothe, as well as damaged packaging, will be refused.
