All orders placed before 11A.M will be dispatched the same day. After 11 A.M, orders dispatch will occur the next working day. Tracking number will be emailed to you, so that you’ll be able to track your parcel on the French postal services website (www.coliposte.net). Colissimo deliveries :

We use Colissimo for all European shipments.
Colissimo is the most economic delivery service in France for international shipments. Deliveries require a signature. If you are out during the delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox, and you will be able to pick up your order at your nearest post office.
You can track your order on the French postal services website here (mettre lien sur site Colissimo!), filling in the gap with your tracking number. The different statuses that you might find on this website are the following:
  • “Retourné à l’expéditeur” means your parcel has been returned back to us.
  • “En instance” means your parcel has been transferred to your nearest post office. You have up to 15 days to pick it up there. If you don’t, your order will be returned back to us, and the “Retourné à l’expéditeur” status will appear. In this case, we will contact you when we receive it and we will prepare your shipment once again.
  • “Délivré” means you have received your order!
Products proposed on MonShowroom.com can ONLY be delivered to the following countries:
Azores, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, France DOM / TOM, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Monaco, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia.

All prices are VAT included.

Since May, 1st, 2007, orders from France DOM/TOM and Switzerland are VAT excluded. French VAT will be withdrawn on the final billing page. Please note that additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
Damaged Parcel :

Please DO NOT accept a damaged parcel. If you find any injury on the package (broken, opened, etc…) please refuse it. If you do not and if an item is missing or damaged, you won’t be able to ask for compensation from the postal services. Thus, any compensation or exchange request will be refused.
